General terms and conditions of the 3-star Stoffel Apartments in Selva

• In 01.01.2014, a tourist tax was introduced in South Tyrol to infrastructures offering accommodation.
• The accommodation tax is € 1.45 per person per day and will be added as a separate item to your account at the end of your stay. Children under the age of 14 years are exempt.
• Our apartments are available on your arrival day from 3pm until 7pm. We kindly ask our guests to advise us if your arrival will be any later than 7pm.
• Apartments have to be vacated by 9am on departure day.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer and / or cash but credit cards are not accepted.
• In order to confirm your stay in our apartment, we ask for a deposit by bank transfer; on receipt of this we will confirm your booking to you in writing.
• In the event of curtailment, late arrival, the amount agreed for the apartment rental, will still be charged.
• In the event of a cancellation prior to the arrival date, the deposit will only be refunded under the following conditions: Cancellation up to three months prior to the arrival date - no charge. Cancellation from three months to one month prior to the arrival date - 40% of the deposit will be kept. Cancellation from one month - one week prior to the arrival date - 70% of the deposit will be kept. Cancellation up to one week prior to the arrival date - 100% of the deposit will be kept (as provided for in art. 1382 of the italian Civil Code).
• Our apartments are strictly "no smoking" zones.
• We accept small dogs only in the summer at an extra charge of € 80,00.
